LOWER INFANT
(Born between 1st April 2004 and 31st March 2005)
Admission has been centralized for the following three group schools:
• Ashok Hall Girls' Higher Secondary School
• G.D. Birla Centre for Education
• Mahadevi Birla Shishu Vihar (Co-ed up to classV)
Prospectus along with Registration Form for all the above schools will be available on payment of
Rs. 100/- on all working days from 1st October 2007 to 15th October 2007 between 10.00 A.M. and 1.00 P.M. from:
1. Ashok Hall Girls' Higher Secondary School Junior Section, 6, Palm Avenue, Kolkata - 700019
2. G.D. Birla Centre for Education, 118, N.S.C. Bose Road, Kolkata - 700040
Parents are requested to collect the Prospectus and rank their school preference in the Registration Form. Efforts will be made to give admission to successful candidates as per their preference.
UPPER INFANT
(Born between 1st April 2003 and 31st March 2004)
Prospectus along with Registration Form for all the three schools will be available on payment of
Rs. 100/- on all working days from 12th November 2007 to 22nd November 2007 between 10.00 A.M. and 1.00 P.M. from:
1. Ashok Hall Girls' Higher Secondary School Junior Section, 6, Palm Avenue, Kolkata - 700019
2. G.D. Birla Centre for Education, 118, N.S.C. Bose Road, Kolkata - 700040
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR LOWER & UPPER INFANT CLASSES
Parents / Guardians should bring the child for selection process on the date and time mentioned on the Receipt – cum – Admit Card.
The following documents are to be submitted at the time of the selection process:
1. Admit Card
2. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation
3. Registration Form duly filled in and signed
